The fabric is a little cheqp and papery. Size comes up big. I have the other skirts they used to do and this one feels and fits badly compared to then.

I decided to buy this skirt because of the amazing price compared to Los Angeles Apparel or resale prices, so here’s my review! - These are not the same construction or quality of the original AA skirts you might know and love, but they’re still very good! The material is a bit stiffer and slightly less soft than original AA skirts and they are a little bit longer but I find that to be nice :) I got the navy blue skirt and it’s lovely. It looks like it will hold up well to machine washing, I washed mine and it didn’t shrink at all. The size chart is accurate, so the waist band will be exactly the size it says on the size chart! Overall, I think original AA skirts are higher quality but this skirt is a nice quality for the price you pay.

I think this is my 4th purchase of these skirts and definitely my favorite color currently for Summer. I got my first one in navy, and ever since, I’ve also gotten it in red, black, and now khaki. These skirts goes with almost everything. They make your waist look flattering and keep their shape so well through many washes. The fabric is thick enough to never show anything. The length may seem short but it’s enough coverage so that you would never flash any one. The colors are just so timeless that I’ve been wearing them for years now and they are neither out of style or out of rotation. There is a slight sizing difference however. This khaki version is slightly looser around the waist than my first navy version from years back. Maybe around 1-2 inches difference.
