What is health benefits different between Cordyceps militaris and Cordyceps sinensis ?

If you search online you will find ten websites telling you ten different things. Here's the small amount that I've gathered. Many websites will try to tell you that Cordyceps militaris isn't real cordyceps, when this statement can't be further from the truth. What Militaris brings to the table is an additional level of antioxidant protection that is not found in Sinensis or the CS-4 strain. But, in addition to this you also get the improved energy level and increase in ATP that only comes from cordyceps.

I bought this product because of having problems with chronic fatigue ever since I had covid almost two years ago. I was really hopeful that this might improve my energy levels some but it’s done the opposite, I'm more tired that I was before. Really disappointed!
