I purchased this to make my own bath soak. It smells wonderful and achieved my purpose. The only thing I didn't like is that the bath soak ended up staining my bathtub; however, that is on me. I felt that price was reasonable.

I mix this powder with rose water to help with blackheads and open pores. I'm 62 with much drier skin now, but I still have oily patches around the typical T zone. This powder, when mixed with the rose water, helps to absorb some of the excess oil and keeps those annoying blackheads and breakouts at bay. I just mix it to a paste and apply it to my nose, chin and forehead with a face mask brush, leave for about 20 minutes, then rinse it off with tepid water. It is quite messy and can stain, so I use disposable face clothes to remove it. I use it once every week/ten days. This has helped keep my ageing skin in a better condition and the pores on my nose are no longer open or have those annoying little black dots in them! Obviously, you have to keep to a regular regime or the problem just comes back, but this is great for absorbing excess oil, whilst also soothing the skin. It's not a huge packet, but to be honest you don't need loads of it for skin care, so a little goes a long way. This is definitely worth a try if you're struggling with oily skin and breakouts.

A lovely fine powder, with a delicate fragrance. I use it with clay for hair washing - as an alternative to traditional shampoo and it works very well. I also include it for a gentle facial scrub, which leaves my skin feeling cleansed and refreshed.

Lovely quality rose petal powder that I am using in homemade face scrub and face moisturizer.

Good product, just be careful when using as a face wash as it can be abrasive.
