Fresh, Crunchy & Super Easy to Grow!
I’m so impressed with this sprout mix! The seeds germinated quickly and produced a full, fresh jar in just a few days. The mix has a great balance of flavors — mild, slightly nutty, and perfect for salads, sandwiches, or smoothies. Everything sprouted evenly and looked very fresh. If you’re looking for an easy way to add nutrients to your meals, this is a great option. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Guaranteed to sprout. 5th time ordering
This is my fifth purchase. This particular product is organic and always sprout, so I keep buying them. When I don't have enough vegetables in my fridge or I'm too busy to go shopping, I use these seeds to make sprouts. They're a mix of different seeds, so they're not too spicy and have just the right flavor. My kids can eat them without any problems. To prepare them, soak them overnight and drain them the next morning. A dark place is best. Rinse them every time you pass through the kitchen and they will be ready to eat in about 3 days. If you don't have time, you can eat them as is, but if you have time, leave them in a sunny spot for about half a day on the 4th day so they can photosynthesize and have more nutrients. I have never had a case where they didn't sprout after doing this. Buying a small bag of organic sprout mix at a store or local farmer's market could cost about $10 here, but I can make a big jar for less than a dollar. Also, store bought sprouts don't last long, so it's great to be able to make your own. By the way, I store the unused seeds at room temperature. In the past I have refrigerated or even froze them. I learned that storing them at room temperature on my kitchen counter does not affect the quality. The only problem with this product is that sometimes the sprouts contain seeds that did not sprout and if you bite into them, they could hurt your teeth. You would need to use a colander or something similar to separate the unsprouted seeds before consuming. Other than that, it's a great product. I will buy it again!

Super easy to Sprout!!
I’m giving this salad sprout mix a full five stars because it’s been an absolute delight to grow and eat! As someone who loves adding fresh, nutrient-packed greens to my meals, this mix of organic broccoli, alfalfa, radish, and clover seeds from Nature Jims Sprouts has become a go-to in my kitchen. The 1-pound bag is a fantastic value, and growing my own microgreens has been both fun and rewarding. This mix is designed for sprouting, and it’s perfect for anyone looking to add a healthy twist to salads, sandwiches, or even smoothies. The seeds are certified organic and non-GMO, which gives me confidence in their quality. They’re super easy to grow, and they sprout in just about five days. I used a simple mason jar with a sprouting lid, and the clear instructions made the process a breeze. My experience with these seeds has been fantastic. I soaked them for about six hours, then rinsed and drained them twice a day. By day three, I had a jar full of vibrant, lush sprouts ready to eat. I love the flavor mix—there’s a mild, fresh taste from the alfalfa and clover, a slight nuttiness from the broccoli, and a spicy kick from the radish. Personally, I’m a huge fan of radishes, so I let some of my sprouts grow a bit longer to get that bold, radishy bite, which adds a fantastic zing to my salads. For anyone who isn’t into that stronger radish flavor, I’d suggest harvesting earlier, around day four or five, when the taste is milder and less intense. What I loved most is the germination rate and yield. Almost every seed sprouted, and a single tablespoon gave me a dense bunch of microgreens—way more than I’d get from a pricey store-bought pack. The resealable bag keeps the seeds fresh, and I’ve had no issues with mold or duds. Plus, it’s such a cost-effective way to boost my veggie intake with vitamins and minerals. The only minor thing to note is that the radish sprouts can grow faster than the others, so you might need to trim them if you want a balanced mix. But honestly, that’s easy to manage with a pair of scissors. I’d recommend this mix to anyone looking to grow their own nutrient-packed greens. It’s perfect for health-conscious eaters, home gardeners, or anyone who loves a fresh, flavorful salad. I’ll definitely be buying this again!

Nice variety pack that sprouts well and tastes yummy
This is a nice variety pack and most of the seeds sprout. I had success filling up a ball jar within 4 days using two tablespoons of dry seeds. They were nice and crisp and tasted great after stir frying too. The price feels a little on the high side given how much you get but it's still cheaper than paying for sprouts at the store. I would feel like it's a better price if they knocked off 5-10 bucks.

Yummy and Good for Us!
These sprout so quickly and taste good! I like the variety in my salads and even my hens eat them up in record time! I just soak them for 8 hours and spread them in a food tray, cover with the clear lid for the first two days and then just keep them moist after that until they’re the height I want. I’m trying to stay as healthy as possible and these are just one part. Lots of seeds in the bag! One bag lasts for months and months!

Quick and easy
These are great! Tasty sprouts that grow in a few days. I do seem to have a lot of seeds that don’t sprout. Wondering if this is common?

Their instructions stink
Once I followed a different vendors instructions on how to grow these, they turned out great. I didn’t enjoy the QR codes on the back of this bag, but overall they sprouted nicely and they taste very peppery and delicious. It seems like a good variety of sprouts for the money.

Salad Mix Super Seeds!
The Salad Mix seeds looked beautiful out of the bag. No debris. I soaked them for ~6h before seeding, changing the rain water 2-3 times; I used rain water exclusively. From 1 tbsp of seeds there was only a few floaters (<5). I definitely recommend soaking as the seeds swell and get a jump on germination. Indeed, the next day the seeds were fully germinated! Just look at the pics I posted after a few days of growth. The greens are vibrant, lush, and full of flavor. The only bump in the road with this mix was the radish. Don't get me wrong, I love radishes. But the radish microgreen flavor is quite potent and a bit overpowering, making it difficult to appreciate the other flavors. Fortunately, the radish outgrows the others in the mix, and is easily trimmed with a pair of shears without impacting those in the lower tier. If you look at the pics I posted you'll see that the canopy is somewhat 2-tiered, with radish on top and everything else below. So depending on how spicy you want the harvest, you can trim to taste. It works out quite nicely. I highly recommend this seed mix. Good Luck! GROWING DETAILS ✔︎ I used 6x9 disposable plastic (PP) containers with lids. ✔︎ For a growing substrate I tried both loose coco coir (~0.5 inches deep) and coco coir liner (presoaked in rain water for 4-6h, with several water changes). When using the liner, I covered it with a thin layer of loose coco coir to cushion and surround the seeds (like a bed). Both substrates worked equally well. ✔︎ The presoaked seeds (~6h soak time, with 2x water changes) were sprinkled evenly onto the coco coir bed and gentle pressed in. ✔︎ Planter trays with seeds were kept in the dark for 2 days, misting with rain water 2x each day, with the lid on loose (not sealed). ✔︎ On Day 3, the planter trays with fully germinated seeds (and lids removed) were placed under a full-spectrum grow light. PPFD levels were initially 200 umol/m2/s, then gradually increased to 400 umol/m2/s over the next few days. ✔︎ I found that supplementing the microgreens with a hydroponic nutrient solution markedly increased the fullness and height of the crop. I used a 10-5-14 mix, diluted 1:2 with rain water. Initially I spritzed it on the leaves, but then added it directly to the coco coir substrate. I definitely recommend, especially if the crop will be grown beyond 5-6 days.
