When I got it and set it up I noticed one of the bearings was busted and the screen roller was broke off of it so it wouldn't unroll. Thankfully the spring loaded bearing was still fine. So instead of going through all the trouble of shipping it back because it's rather large, and I'm lazy. I just fixed it myself by removing the broken bearing and hammering a rather large nail into the side of the roller that was broken so that it can suspend itself and roll when I pulled down on it. Since the spring loaded bearing still works it will still retract just fine. The screen itself is great and the image from my projector on it looks absolutely amazing. Aside from having to do a hillbilly fix on it. The screen is perfect.

Great screen for price.
Great screen for the price. Mounted it under the eve of iur garage for outdoor movies. It did come with a dent in the end but not to bad. I would recommend for any body.
