It WORKS!Although the Recommended Serving Size is 4 Capsules, I Only take 2 because I am a petite woman weighing about 95 pounds and I find that 2 Capsules in the morning is plenty to Help Supply my adrenal glands with what they need to Produce the Energy I was hoping for. Ordered on 12/13/20 and delivered 2-days later and this was during the 2020 Xmas shipment backlog. #superfast. Immediately I stopped taking any other herb or vitamin because I wanted to experience the product fully. I feel alive and strong and complete. I researched a ton of products and I selected this one because it included bee pollen, royal jelly, and propolis; to add the honey I just take a spoonful and the product is complete. Also, I split my dosage: 2 at night and 2 upon waking; I am energized all-day. No crash. No Sluggishness. No heart racing. Just full of energy and motivated. No aftertaste. No hard to swallow issues. Easy to use the product. 🐝

When I was younger my mother bought royal jelly in a powder form and mixed it in honey and water, and I hated the smell. Decades later my wife convinced me to try the capsule form to treat my seasonal allergies and some skin issues with my finger tips. I take multi-vitamins daily, which includes some of the B-complex that are supposedly in royal jelly (see Wikipedia's entry), so I was pretty skeptical.4 days, I took 2 in the morning with breakfast, and 2 at night with dinner (I've heard that taking this on an empty stomach may not be good), and I'll say this:1) I stopped taking Claritin D (with pseudoephedrine), though I'm still taking Singulair (montelukast) once in a while to keep my nose dry. I do sneeze at times but nowhere near the kind of suffering I was going through.2) My finger tips, which were having issues with dryness and cracking, are looking better than ever and the wounded areas have begun to heal quickly whereas prior to taking this I was getting painful dry cracks that I had to use Neosporin and bandaid, when healed it had a tendency to crack again, not anymore.3) Energy level: I was taking a vitamin B + zinc supplement for energy (caffeine is overrated), I've stopped taking those completely and instead use this. I do find that I don't get the kind of focus buzz I get with the energy supplement, but that's probably a good thing.All in all, I think I'm sold on this. I'll be buying this monthly from now on.Update Aug 1, 2014: I've bought 3 more bottles since my last review for a family friend, for my wife, and for myself. I'm continuing to take this daily and I am happy to say this has worked very well for me.

This is a terrific product. I have purchased multiple times and I am a true believer of Bee Pollen. I am not a doctor or herbalist but some I have been taking Bee Pollen since 2012 I no longer suffer allergies. If you do a search you will find a lot of people benefiting from that as well. Unfortunately medication only helps with symptoms but doesn't cure you honestly feel like this Bee pollen has made a big difference and with the additional added benefits of Bee pollen nutrients, but to relieve me of allergies is just terrific. I love this product and I recommended it all my friends. Eden ponds does a great job with packaging and delivery.
