Mint is my favorite. I do not loose weight while drinking this but I feel great. Much more energized andfeel better all over. I just wish it didn't cost so much.

Wasn't sure if it was the product or just me, but I felt physically sick after taking this. I felt very jittery and my heart was beating very hard and almost sporadically, which has never happened before. I immediately threw the rest of the drink out and rested for the remainder of the day with the phone by my side, and the next day I felt better. I did not take any other caffeine, stimulants or supplements, just had my normal clean diet. I took this exactly as it instructed (sipped one serving throughout the day,and only finished half of it when the symptoms started) so I have no idea what happened. A few weeks ago, I just had a complete physical with my doctor and I have absolutely no health problems (I am a perfectly healthy 30 year old on no medications or supplements, and my health history is negative except for a c-section a few years ago and occasional seasonal allergies) and was given the okay to try and lose 5 lbs. I regret not asking my doctor about this product first. All I know is that I will definately stay away from this product. I am also used to caffeine-I normally consume about 200 mg a day. The day I tried this, I didn't drink any coffee or tea since I knew this product contained caffeine. That aside, I did receive my order very fast, and the product tasted okay, so that much is appreciated. Please, to anyone considering buying this, PLEASE check with your doctor first!! Maybe it is just me and not the product, but I will say the symptoms have never came back after I stopped using it. I will stick to my one or two cups of green tea a day and avoid any more supplements like this... it just isn't worth it, and now I regret losing my money on something like this. Better to be safe and not sorry!
