I am a 52 y/o male who works out with light weights everyday. I was looking for a product that had a high dose l-arginine in it. I came across this product and saw that the other ingredients support muscle tone and help decrease muscle wear...in us middle aged types. I mix one scoop in 18 ounces of water, take 3 Nutrabio panax ginseng capsules, and start my workout. I do believe both products are helping with my work out and muscle tone. Take this, watch what you eat, do a walk video exercise...and you will see a difference. I did.

I have been ordering NutraBio products for a few years now. I started because of this product. I looked around for a pre-workout that WORKS, can still give you a good pump without making me feel like I have tourettes from so much caffeine.I've ordered the Blood Orange flavor the last few times because I like the slight bitterness to it rather than the super sweet strawberry kiwi.I get an amazing pump and just enough Beta Alanine tingle. I honestly refuse to use any other pre-workout.... never really understood why people workout to be healthy, but then use supplements that are loaded with fillers, artificial flavors, coloring, and who knows what else.If you want a CLEAN pre-workout supplement without the jitters from caffeine, you've found it.

Seems to work well
Seems to flush the lactic acid out for faster recovery. I noticed it most when pushing my limits while mountain biking. I’m pretty in tune to how my body works and this seems to really work

This stuff gives me the best pump ever
This stuff gives me the best pump ever. I walk out of a work out probably 10% bigger than I was when I went in. The pump is only temporary of course, but I can tell there is significant vasodilation happening and my muscles are getting more nutrients to them. This product also seems to make more stronger and recover faster as well. I do add 5 grams of citruline malate to the mix though bc I feel like the quantity in this supplement is too low to see benefits. Overall this is my staple preworkout supp.
