This beautiful butter dish fits my decor perfectly! I love it. It is deep and wide and made of enamel covered metal with a wooden lid. Perfect for my clumsiness. I would have preferred a rubber seal around the inside of the lid, but I didn't read the description closely. I would order it again though. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I was thrilled to see that it was made in the USA and that I had ordered from a small business. Inside the package was a lovely thank you card with direct phone number to call if I needed any help with the item.

As I have heard from other that reviews have occasionally been repurposed, this review is for the item currently titled "Granrosi Farmhouse Butter Dish - Beautiful Butter Container With Wooden Lid Keeps Your Butter Soft and Enhances Your Kitchen Decor". We needed a new catproof butter dish after adopting two new kittens. They discovered the old butter dish and helped themselves. After a bit of looking, I settled on this one. I'm happy to say that the lid is very will fitted. Most humans should be able to remove the lid without issues, though it might be a challenge for those with, say, arthritis. The cats won't even try to remove it, so I'm guessing the seal is airtight or close to it. The materials are solid and can survive a drop from the top of the refrigerator if needed. Cleaning is easy, and the design contains butter that melts on a hot day. I don't think I'll need to purchase one of these again for a very long time, but I would certainly recommend it highly.

I’ve started making homemade butter and this container is perfect for storing my butter. It’s super cute and I give it as gifts to family when I make them butter. It’s always well-received and lots of compliments. Don’t hesitate to purchase.

Loved the appearance! The wood is beautiful and the depth of the dish keeps the butter in place !

Excellent quality

Great quality, exactly as described. It looks great, and I love that this dish has the butter IN the container and a lid covering it. Many butter dishes sit on a flat surface and then a larger container is placed over the stick of butter onto the base. This is perfect for our family. And oh so easy to clean!

It looks cool and holds as much or as little butter as I chose to put in it. Thanks for a great addition to my kitchen

A bit small for a regular sized bar of butter but it came with a cute note from the supplier so im glad just to support them.
