Have used 18months now-am very happy with it- until they changed the taste! Bit of aftertaste but still palatable. Had major spinal surgery 4 months ago and apparently this has helped my recovery with healing quickly- dont know if that is the case tbf. Not sure about nails but definitely improvement in hair and new baby hairs now about 4in long- which have never had previously.

This tastes good compared to some ive been on this a month and i can honestly say skin looking brigher and i dont have aches and pains like i used too have subcribed to get it monthly now.

It tastes okay not too bad. I didn’t experience any side effects. Consistency is a bit thick but with a smooth texture so that is okay. As marine collagen is for skin I can say that I do think it is effective as I noticed more firmer skin.

I have been on this for well over 6 months and people have commented on how good my skin is looking. I started my my new bottle yesterday and cannot believe the change in the taste, smell and aftertaste! I don't know if they have changed the formula but I am considering changing brand as I don't know if I cannot stomach this every day. I don't know if it is maybe just this batch but it is so fishy!

I’ve just ordered my second bottle. Great taste and fingers crossed in 2 months or so I’ll notice some difference in my skin and 😂 lines! I mix with Vit c as it gets absorbed better a real easy 700ml drink.

Taste Dreadful,Had a few bottles and have noticed great results and no problems with taste infact tasted lovely , last bottle though was undrinkable , terrible fishy taste and bitter so disappointing

I am on my 3rd bottle, it's really made a difference to me & my hubby. Natural collagen depletes after 25yrs old, so being 75!! We are certainly lacking, ....but not anymore! Hair growing, nails stopped splitting, joints more flexible, skin is looking good & over all, general well being, MUCH improved. What's not to like??
