I had some pain that was relieved by these inserts. (OK, so the pain appears to be caused by the SHOES I was wearing while waiting for the inserts, but still it went away.) I did do the oven moulding. I don't know it that's critical, but it wasn't a difficult task, so I thought why not?

Not for wide shoes. I had to return my insole. It seemed a bit too narrow. It was narrow even for my regular shoes. I wish they also made in wide sizes. I typically wear 8.5, I ordered size 9 hoping it will be a bit larger for my shoe so that I can trim it if needed. Length was fine but there was 1/4 inch gap on both sides of my shoe. Cannot say about the arch support, as I didn't heat the sole as I had planned to return.

After suffering from a severe bout of plantar fasciitis, I was looking for inserts for ALL my shoes - casual wear, walking, and soccer too. A local retailer first recommended Archsoles to me.
