Yes, it came with three blades, each blade is two sided, and has a different coating.

I did not realize the body was .75 inches. Can the bodey be machined to fit into smaller tool holders?

yes it can as long as you have a milling machine. I would mill from the bottom to fit so you would still be able to get cutting edge on center.
