I had a slow start with this book. But from the middle to the end it got to be a real page turner. Full of guessing. Loved the end. Fans of The Kind Worth Killing will most likely enjoy this too.

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ me running to order this book when I saw it was coming out on Netflix in 5 days and Leighton Meester was starringI binged this in one day, not because it was unputdownable, but because I was dyinggg to watch the movie. Bad decision on my part because the movie wasn’t great 😞Things I Liked- Konstandine (we love a helpful sidekick)- Setting- PlotThings I Disliked- A lot of the interactions and plot points felt unrealistic…- Ends on a cliff hanger- Frustrating MC (just stop doing what you’re doing girl)I’m glad I read it but it wasn’t my favorite 🤩 the book was def better in this case too! Lots of differences between the two but I don’t think the changes were for the better…

I thought while I was reading this book that it was the best one I have read in a long time. But then, that last page was terrible!!!! Don’t know why the author decided to take a turn like that. I just order two more books by her. Hope they don’t have a twist at theend like that one had!
