Q: Are these too big for chocolate covered strawberries

If the strawberries are the extra large ones these liners could work. If they are average size strawberries they may be a little big. These liners are the same size in diameter as regular cupcake liners, they are just taller.

Q: Are these parchment paper?

Yes. You can bake in them. Adds a perfect touch to muffins !

Q: Are these for a standard size muffin pan or the jumbo size muffin?

Standard size. The diameter at the bottom of the cup is 2 inches. At the top, the diameter is 3 inches. They are 3 inches tall. I suppose you could place them in jumbo cups, or on a baking sheet instead of a muffin tin (the product description shows this), but I have only ever baked with them using a standard muffin tin. They really add a professional touch. I like the fact that they aren’t corrugated.

Q: Are these compostable?

I would say no because they have a waxy coating to prevent baked food from sticking to them.
