Warm right over all of the bed, very happy with this bed heater had to buy after upgrading to a bigger bed, had already owned the double before so sort of new how good they were. Slight improvements over my last one, controllers for each side with good functions. If you are looking for a good bed heater this is probably as good as it gets, and it came very quickly. Overall very happy
