This product arrived today, so this is a very early review. I will update this review if there are any issues, particularly with durability. I purchased this item due to growing weakness in my hands which may have resulted in a persistent injury. - It fits my smallish hands (7“ from tip of middle finger to wrist) well. Length of the strap is also sufficient for me as long as I don’t fully cinch it down on my wrist. - There is a slight difference in pressure between the two balls (Dark blue is more stiff), but neither ball is too soft or too hard. - The plastic material is not super tacky, but it did slightly pick up my dog‘s hair. This is pretty much true of anything made of similar material. The spikes made it easy to pick out the hair. - The ball has a slight chemical smell to it that I only notice when it is close to my nose. It doesn’t seem to transfer to my hand. - I was concerned about the spikes being too stiff and uncomfortable. However, they do have enough give so as not to be a problem. I’ve also found myself fidgeting with finer finger movements on the spikes. Keep in mind though, there is a slight sound (because of the spikes?) that sensitive people immediately around you may find irritating. - Nice that it came with two balls although of differing pressures. Right now, my intention is to leave one at home and take the other one to work. - With the strap, I can just quickly let it go and recover the ball as needed. The strap has a slight bit of stretch and isn’t uncomfortable when dangling with the slight ball weight on it. The anchor point for the strap seems sufficiently designed. The adjustment device works well with a spring loaded button. As a little bonus, Fanwer included a complimentary combination key chain/nail clipper/file/bottle opener of decent quality to be useful. Etched in this device, there is a little message to contact them via Facebook, phone, or email for an additional bonus. However, I won’t be doing that because I see it as an attempt to gain my private contact information. So far, I am happy with my purchase. I am even considering another order for my elderly mother.

These hand strength ball are perfect. I love to work with them while watching TV. I like that they have the wrist strap so I am not dropping them. I like the spikes as I have some mild neuropathy in my right hand. I like that I can really feel the spikes.

No smell to it squeeze int size fit great in your hand very durability squeeze it all you want it really helps strength your hand after an injury or strain

These work well. There is no smell. They are firm but enough for its purpose. They fit perfectly in my hand. I had nerve damage and this helps strengthen my grip

The ball is great - I was using to exercise my hands while walking and it helped my circulation, preventing my hands to swallow. However it broke after 1 month of use!! I impressed how the manufactured could not do such a simple product more durable!

Bought for my mom for hand & finger exercises. She's using there's 2.

I bought these for my wife a few weeks before she went into labor. I thought they'd make good squeezers for her while in pain. Sadly, I didn't remember to grab them in the rush of the moment and my hand suffered greatly. Buy these, and don't forget them. Women are strong when they're giving birth. Trust me, I had to write this review with only one good hand left... (jk, but they are a good product and easy to use.)

Great for my 93 year old grandmother who was looking to regain strength in right hand after stroke. Texture helps a lot. Ball is firm but can be manipulated.

I really like these. I feel they are building up strength in my hands. There’s a nice hand feel to them too.

Perfect size for using in the palm of my hand to exercise each of the fingers try and improve the strength post a stroke. The attached cord prevents dripping of the ball while exercising.

The adult anti-stress ball hands are very good.
