I am giving this a high star review because they do not claim it works as a teleprompter. I tried it, and it doesn't work as well as I expected. However, as a shoe-based phone mount, it is a good item so five stars. COULD THIS WORK AS PHONE TELEPROMPTER? I have a SONY ZV-1 camera and I use it at top of my home office monitor for Zoom calls and sometimes for recording business Youtube video. I was curious how well this camera mount for phone would work with the phone as a "teleprompter." It seemed a lot easier that big apparatus with big mirrors and so on. There's even a company that offers free website based teleprompter reading software (no fee, no app) that will scroll on a phone. DID NOT WORK WELL, AS PHONE TELEPROMPTER (ANGLE TOO BIG) When mounted on top of my SONY ZV-1 camera, the center of my Iphone 12-Mini screen is 4" above the middle of the lens. I sat about 2-3 feet back (that's as far back as you could read the phone anyway). I was surprised that (even sitting a couple feet back) it was VERY obvious whether I was looking at the phone, 4" up above the lens, or whether I was looking right at the lens. Live and learn. So I am back to shopping for a "real" but economical teleprompter with a 45 degree mirror.

Algo caro, la inclinacion viene por bordes, de modo que no tienes control total sobre este aspecto, sobre girarlo ahi si hay control total y en general sujeta bien el iphone , solo hay que apretarlo bien y listo.. lo uso para leer mis acordes de guitarra y para grabar videos o tomarme fotos.

I needed a light weight option to mount my phone but work with my budget. This meets those needs.
