Overall I am very pleased with these earbuds. They arrived promptly and well packaged. The item description and the enclosed multi lingual instructions both state that additional tips (S,M,L) are included to ensure a perfect fit. The package I received only had one set of tips attached and no apparent space in the box where any additional tips might fit. So unclear if something had been lost in transit or if the manufacturer has stopped including them. I often struggle to get a good fit so emailed the supplier who responded immediately and sent out not only the listed tips but half a dozen spares. Excellent customer service.As for the quality. Well no complaints there. Seem well made and pack all the features I might want. Sound quality is good rather than astounding but I am judging that against a prestigious top of the range set my son has which cost five times as much. Overall sound quality is as good if not better than any others I have had and I would certainly reccomend them for everyday use.The only minor quibble is the charge indication on the powered storage box. This is a single led and state of charge is judged by how many times it flashes in a repeating cycle.. not a major issue however I would rather be able to check with a single fleeting glance rather than having to watch through the cycle a couple of times to make sure I haven't miscounted.

I am very pleased by the buds and especially by the enacfire team customer service! It's a Superb company who really cares about its customers, that was unexpectedly nice to find out! Anyway about the buds, they're just flawless, very intuitive and easy to use once you remember the instructions. Also they're very very comfy, they won't fall out the ear easily even as I am exercising. The battery last more than my other brand buds and then I like the fact that you can recharge them multiple times into their own case, so you can be out and about all day long and have them working. The case itself is very small and fits well into my pockets,I love that. The touch surfaces sensitivity it's just right, and I love the fact that you can pair them separately or together so you can do multiple things at once, also the fact that they support touch volume up and down, call pickup and rejection, and music track skip, so I don't have to get my phone out of the pocket all the time. the size of the buds aren't too bulky and they look really nice on me and they feel really light, also I feel they hisolate well from external noise but not completely, allowing me to be also aware of my surroundings which is a plus when I cycle. The price is very affordable for the great quality and good engineering work and I 100%+++ recommend them!!! Should you have any issues don't be afraid or hesitate to contact Enacfire as they're super nice and I'm sure they won't disappoint you! I had a problem with one of the pairs I bough wich wouldn't pair in dual mode, but I had a superp customer service and got them replaced speedily and I'm very impressed and happy about Enacfire customer service.P. These compact ear pods are very comfortable and, ensuring you have the right size ends, fit snug in the ear and stay put. I have used them connected to both a phone and an iPad for music and streaming contact via iplayers and Netflix etc. The sound quality is clear and not tinny. I have walked between rooms and even into the garden leaving my iPad inside and have still been connected. Unlike previous EarPods, if I walk too far away, these automatically reconnect as soon as back in range and I don't have to mess about restarting the bluetooth to 're-find' the ear pods. I have also used them on a phone call and they were responsive to answer the call and I didn't need to touch my phone - my previous EarPods didn't always respond and sometimes I ended up redialling a number as I tapped them too many times before they reacted.The only thing I would change on these is the length of the wire to charge the case. I usually recharge the case in the kitchen and the wire is not long enough for it to sit on the work surface. However, they did arrive fully charged and they have not yet indicated they need charging despite using them every day.Good value for money.
