Winco Non-stick Angel Food Cake Pan,Carbon Steel

Great pan for a nice low price. Made an angel food cake today and it came out perfect. Did not overflow the pan and was very easy to remove from the pan after it cooled. The cleanup was very easy. I soaked it in the hot soapy water for a while, and then the residue all washed out pretty easily, without scratching the pan. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

sometimes i equate quality with price but that is not always so as in this fairly inexpensive pan. i used it today for first time to make an angel food cake from a mix and although recipe on box said not to spray pan i very lightly did. the cake came out quite well (a little dark on bottom but that is my fault for not decreasing cooking time in dark pan). cake fell out nicely, did not stick. wash up was a breeze. its also quite a sturdy pan doesnt feel cheap. i'm happy

Overall, I like that the middle cone is longer than the round edges of the pan. When you flip it over for cooling, you really don't need a can or bottle to rest it on When making angel food cakes

I'm famous for my angel food cake. This is by far the best pan I've used well worth the low purchase price.

I've been watching the Great British Bake-off on Netflix recently and I just had to make something. Mary Berry's lemon angel food cake is what I aimed for. This pan worked perfectly and my angel food cake came right out after I ran a knife around the outside. Easy to clean as well

First order arrived dented and not per my default delivery instructions. Replaced quickly and 2nd driver followed instructions, so not dented. Form was perfect for Budín de pan!

Arrived on time and in good shape, but horrible product. Angel food cake is supposed to stick slightly to the sides so it can rise, then it is also supposed to separate easily, yet, that didn't happen with this one. It got burnt, and that was my bad, the temp was too high, but it got stuck and after weeks of being in the sink I'm still hoping it will scrub off this time, it still has bits of burnt cake in it.*UPDATE: It hasn't scrubbed off, I'm only keeping it as I need to stencil circles once in a while.
