I did one drop and oil pulled at the same time for 20 minutes. If I don’t want to do it that way I’ll dilute with water for mouthwash instead. Along with cleaning up my diet I’m hoping to overcome bad breath long term. I do like that it’s small enough to carry and if needed can apply to gums for a refresh. It smelt lovely through the box and didnt bother me too much trying out.

So I literally JUST opened the package because I couldn’t wait to try it. As embarrassing as it is to admit.. I’ve struggled with bad breath and tried all sorts of things. I almost ordered a pretty expensive oral tablet then I ran across this product for less than half the cost! I used this applying the product directly to a brand new toothbrush and I’m highly impressed with how clean my mouth feels! Like squeaky clean! Sometimes with toothpastes and certain rinses.. I feel as though I can taste the product lingering which doesn’t leave me with a “confident clean” feeling. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is because the ultimate test will be when I go to speak with someone and I don’t witness reactions that may insinuate breath odor. This issue has literally turned me from an extrovert to an introvert and I’m praying to God that it’s the solution that allows to to have conversations, laugh out loud, and not be self conscious while dating again. I will be back to update once I get some FaceTime going. :)

I have been using this product for more than a year now and I don't think I will ever go back to mouthwash. I was able to go through my entire Invisalign treatment using this not only to stay fresh, but it also helped me keep gums really healthy, to the point my orthodontist was amazed how well the gums responded to the treatment as that was a concern. I am convinced this made the trick. In addition, I have noticed that remaining plaque on my tongue after brushing gets out just by using this as the last step. I usually try to rinse by keeping 2-3 drops in my mouth for 2 minutes and swishing vigorously. I love this product!

The taste reminds me of oil of oregano. It give me an aftertaste and not a refreshing take. The only way to know, if it’s working, is if I ask someone to smell my breath. We shall see….

Excellent for boosting standard toothpaste

After suffering some truly horrific dental episodes over the years, I began a quest to find a comprehensive and healthy dental care system. Not only does this work fantastically well for freshening your breath, but as a side benefit, it also stops my sneezes immediately. Let me explain: Every so often, I'll sneeze about 20 times or more. I used to use "Doterra" (not sure if I'm spelling this correctly) On Guard, but I'd run out. I had my bottle of OraRestore in my purse. I remembered it's also made up of several essential oils. I was having my sneezing fit, and decided to put a few drops of OraRestore on my tongue, and voila, my sneezing fit ended immediately, just like Doterra's On Guard! Since that first time, I've used OraRestore again and again. Same results, sneezing stops immediately...I just used it a few minutes ago. An added benefit, is that OraRestore is a much better price than Doterra. I love this natural breath freshener. I hope other people have had similar results.
