Laverapelle Men's Genuine Lambskin Leather Jacket (Black, Classic Jacket) - 1501210

I was impressed with the jacket and the sizing advice provided by the vendor. I very much prefer the design of this jacket to others because of the collar: there is no snap/button strap that hangs around when not used, just an open collar that zips up nicely when you need it and stays stylishly out of the way when you don't. The leather is good quality, perhaps not as thick as the other leather jacket I used for comparison, a Ralph Lauren Lamskin cafe-moto jacket. I prefer the styling of this Laverapelle jacket to the Ralph Lauren jacket (both size medium) because there is more room in the waist, (e.g, for a sweater in colder weather), the collar, and the overall drape of the jacket. Sizing advice given my height and weight were good. I could have gone for a custom jacket for slightly shorter sleeves, but it would not be a big difference, and I may need the extra length when the temperature drops and I go with a sweater underneath.The fit and overall look of this jacket are excellent. And the price....hard to beat for a quality leather jacket like this one. Not present in this jacket are zippers at the sleeve ends, included in many "moto" type jackets. I don't need them or consider them helpful, but they may be important to some.

I had a sizing issue with my first order, which was an XL. After contacting the seller I was advised to order a custom size, which I did. The result was a jacket that fits perfectly and looks great! It's soft and supple, and is just the right weight for Northern California. The quality of the construction (if that's the right word) is impressive. I would have expected to pay double the price, or more, at any retail outlet for a jacket of this quality.Adding to my satisfaction was the exemplary service I received. I was a little worried that if I didn't take my size measurements properly I would wind up with something I couldn't wear. But the seller was extremely patient and helpful in walking me through this to ensure we got it right. The result is the jacket fits PERFECTLY! And it's so comfortable that I never want to take it off.

Nice leather jacket but was very disappointed when I put it on for the first time and it was too small. I am 6'3, 245lbs, and have worn a 2XL in everything I buy, with never a fitting problem. I ordered a 2XL for this jacket thinking there would be no problem. I was wrong. I am returning it and hope I can exchange it for a 3XL. This appears to be a well made jacket and exactly what I was looking for. I will post my experience with this at a later date.

I really like the textile piecing of the style/stitching, it is very high quality! The retail tag said like $380 or $480 which seems believable. Also the seller was very quick to correspond and changed my size twice when I requested.The fitting is slim so order 1 size up - It's very stylish and I am so happy with it - thank you Laverapelle!!

This jacket is killer. The lambskin is so soft, looks great, and has a very fitted look. Mine is just a tad snug, but that's not a mark against the jacket itself.I ordered a small and it is nearly perfect everywhere, but the sleeves feel just a smidge too short. If my arms hang by my side, the cuff stops right at my wrist, which looks right. If I raise my arm a bit, you can tell the jacket is a somewhat tight on me. For the record, I'm 5'10 and about 165 lbs with a 33" waist. I'm unsure of my chest measurements.I read other reviews prior to purchasing and concluded a medium might run a bit big on my body type. I have worn baggier leather jackets before and much prefer this look. Awesome jacket at a fair value.

Excellent leather quality, excellent sewing and style.

Bought this for Hubby for his Birthday, I ordered the 3x, as some reviews said it was on the small size, but it was way too small, I returned it, no problem, got the refund in a very timely manner, I 're-ordered it, this time I ordered 5x,as Hubby is 6ft-3ins, 290lbs, it arrived today, tho it wasn't expected for another 1-2 weeks, and the fit was just PERFECT, Hubby is very very HAPPY, the sleeves are perfect length, nice and loose,at the cuff,body fits great, looks and feels luxurious, and so Classy, would definitely Recommend this Beautiful Jacket, price cannot be beat, if there were 10 stars, I would give it, Great Job Laverapelle. Thank You.
