Added to fondue sets as a package gift. Good recommendations and recipes! Ranging from simple to complex. Good starter bool for anyone interested in trying fondue sets.

A must have cookbook!
This is a fantastic book. There are more delicious ideas and recipes for fondue than I could’ve dreamt! Perhaps the most impressive part is the background knowledge and information that the author includes. Man, she knows her fondue, and her cheese!!! This is one cookbook that I will revisit time and again.

Tiny book, helpful tips and tasty recipes.
Happy to edit my original review upwards to 5 stars based on the book's range and quality of recipes, its fondue history, handy facts and helpful tips. Former review: Pretty darn good but smaller book than expected. It will come in handy no doubt. Not sure I'd call the recipes decadent, but maybe we will be more highly impressed once we have a few decadent fondue parties.
