I’ve been using this muscle stimulator belt consistently and I’m really impressed. It’s easy to use, comfortable to wear, and you can definitely feel it working. It’s a great addition to my workouts and even helpful on rest days for recovery. Definitely worth trying!

Amazing belt. With only a few weeks of using it, I saw a huge difference in terms of my ab definition. Also very easy to use compared to other products I have tried. Highly recommend.

I've had trouble with most TENS/EMS units stinging due to low skin conductivity, this one included... so... I have a hand-held unit I use with various types of pads. Overall, this one works pretty well (minus the controller). I use either salt water or a spray to dampen the pads, and it works great. I especially like to relatively large conductive pads (compared to most other EMS Abs units).

This is an amazing contraption. I thought I was pretty strong but even on some of the lower settings I can still feel it working my muscles. I definitely have felt sore after, which I like, so I know it's working. I can feel my core working and like that it gives me an additional workout while I'm getting ready in the morning. I use it about 20 minutes a day and that is great for me. I would totally recommend this product.

First of all i just wanna say, i do not work for this company..i am not a spokes person nor am i advertising in any way..i am just mary off the street simply sharing my results. I saw this product all over my Facebook feed so i decided to try it..i had my daughter 3 years ago and i am just now loosing all of my baby weight and intead of buying all new clothes i am trying to fit in all my old ones 😂😂...i am 5'2 and 115 pound, my final way in before birth was 175 so i have a lot of loose skin and belly fat. My results so far are pretty impressive. I am going to say i do wear this belt a lot..about 5 hours a day..i will not share my settings just because i have them set pretty high and i am very tolerate and used to the belt. I started off very low and increased as i went along..i do not wear this belt driving or sitting down, i used to ,but it seemed to curl up the very end so i only waer it standing up right and if i have to bend over i squat a little lol..first i spray a lot of water with the bottle it comes with for good contact than i simple use my sweat the rest of the day..dunno if every belt is the same, but my seems to turn off every 15 to 20 minutes..probably because you're only supposed to wear it 15 minutes a day 🙄 i tried the sticky kind and even tho i did like that it seemd to target all 6 of my abs at once it didn't stay on very well. This belt is comfortable and easy to hide under a t shirt..in my experience it doesn't feel like the belt targets all 6 of my abs so i rotate my thru out the day..top 2 abs, middle abs and than lower abs..again i will not share my settings just because everyone is different! I love this thing!! I am definitely seeing results and i plan on wearing it the full 30 days..more photos to come. I really hope it works for you guys the way its working for me! Photos 1 and 2 are day one..photos 3 and 4 are day 7..the ones in between are just pics of me wearing it!! 🫶

Love this product; makes doing crunches and sit ups so much easier!! I did see a difference after using for a week. The only thing I would love to see is additional vibrations on the sides to help tone the sides! Constant use and maintenance will help make this product last longer.

Cheaply made and inconsistent performance. I really wanted to love this ab machine, especially because Mode 1 can work amazingly on good days — I can take the vibrations up to level 8 with no problem. But most of the time, the device is unpredictable. Even at vibration level 4, it becomes almost unbearable, like a sharp needle poking into just one side. Then if I lower it to level 3, I barely feel anything at all. The settings don’t make sense, and the intensity jumps too dramatically between levels. It doesn’t feel balanced or comfortable, and the inconsistency makes it hard to use regularly. With better quality control and smoother intensity transitions, this could be a great product — but right now, it’s disappointing.

I haven't used one of these before but I must say I'm pleasantly surprised. I am starting to see results but it really does need to be used daily if possible. I don't know if it gives you abs but it does appear to reduce belly fat. Don't be deterred if you initially turn it on and find it too painful, I found the first default setting to be very uncomfortable but if you adjust the mode you will find that most of the modes are fine. Got one for my mum too and has been enjoying using it also. I would buy this again.

Don’t bother and buy, I should have read the 1 star reviews, the belt didn’t work!!! Such a waste of money and most importantly the company in the picture is different from what I received and it was very poor quality, this sell/er should be banned from selling on Amazon for unethical reasons

Leider unvollständig angekommen. Zudem ist die Qualität sehr, sehr schlecht. Bei der Rücksendung muss die Kosten selber tragen. Absolute Frechheit.
