Anyone have trouble with the coating on the pan coming off?

The coating is still intact on my pan. I have used it about 3 times and really like it. Have you contacted Fox Run? It may be a factory defect.

What's the diameter of each cup for the mini cheesecake pan?

At the top it is about 2 7/8" and tapers to about 2 1/8" at the bottom.

Can you order replacement bottoms?

I've not been able to find anywhere to order them.
