These little storage containers were a great resource for the first few days after my baby was born. These were great for helping my little girl get all the colostrum. I did find it a little hard to keep the colostrum from coming out faster than she needed when dripping it into her mouth, but these were a lifesaver for knowing how much colostrum she was getting aside from nursing. I recommend this for new moms every time.

The first few days after I had my first baby I was working extremely hard to get my milk supply established. Lots of recommendations and pressure from family members combined with lots of support from lactation consultants - HOLLA AT THE LACTATION FRIENDS! I was saving every last drop, literally. These cute little “catchers” helped me collect small amounts of colostrum, I mean every last drop! I was able to feed my baby the first milk I ever expressed and it was very rewarding. If you remember those first days postpartum you know! I may have only used them for 2-3 days but I would pay for these suckers 10 times over because they gave me an insane satisfaction. I liked how easy it was to maneuver the caps and either open it all the way up or use the small dropper. They are easy to clean - same material as a Haakaa. Once I collected as much as I could I was able to squirt small amounts into his mouth with the dropper.

I actually bought these because my infant had a stuffy nose a few weeks ago and I was needing a way to get a couple drops of breast milk into his nostrils. Now he has a clogged tear duct and I’ve been using it to drop a drop of breast milk into his eye. I just hand expressed into the main part of the container, I found it a little tricky to suck it in like it says in the directions. Overall a great product!

I was so amazed by these that I ordered the six pack as well. It's such a brilliant concept, I'm surprised they aren't status quo in hospitals for new mothers. I started using these to express colostrum at 38 weeks and built up an impressive supply that I wanted as a backup in case my second baby ended up in the NICU like my first. Everything went well and it was such a stress relief knowing I had extra milk on hand. Doing this helped bring my milk in very quickly, maybe too quickly, as I now have an oversupply! That didn't happen with my first and I also didn't express colostrum early with my first, so I'm not sure if the two are connected.

I’m so grateful I found these. These helped me collect colostrum as a first time mom. I highly recommend to all moms to use these for collecting colostrum as they are very important.

Ok kind of hard to use the suction wasn’t the greatest

Initially I got these to save some of my baby's precious colostrum, and after she was born needed help gaining weight. I had started collecting milk by haakaa hand pump but my girl isnt a fan of bottles and needed to supplement. My midwife suggested using a clean or gloved finger with a syringe of milk tucked in the side of her latch; immediately this product came to mind! It works so well, she's gaining very well now thank God, and the help of these two haakaa products! 10/10 would recommend for breastfed newborns.

This is my second baby, due soon. With the first, collecting colostrum in the little purple syringes was quite difficult but this time I was able to quickly fill in the 4 ml Hakaa syringe. I will sterilise and bring a couple of those to the hospital with me!

This was such a win of a purchase. My son was in NICU and the nurse said she was shocked but my colostrum collection amount. (The most she has seen in a while) He was in and out of NICU in a week and the nurse and dr said the amount of colostrum collected would have been a huge part of the recovery. I wouldn’t have collected as much if it wasn’t this easy. It was only due to the ease of being able to lay in bed and collect eat drop without spilling. Just a tiny squeeze and let go an colostrum get deposited into container. Recommend to any pregnant woman as a must buy.
