Marinco6080 Marine FD Box for 15, 20, and 30-Amp Receptacles, and 7420CR Covers (Two 3/4" Knockout Holes, Black)

I purchased this as part of the recommended 3 pieces by Amazon. I bought three items the Marinco 7420CR Marine Waterproof Electrical Cover with Lift Lid (Fits 15, 20, 30-Amp Single Receptacles) and the recommended 30Amp Marinco receptacle, and box.. The three items do not work together and in the process of trying to shim the receptacle the box broke. If your screw the 30 amp receptacle in and then put on the cover the receptacle is too fr recessed to plug anything in.
