Easy to install upgrades for the bathroom, multifunction of water flow.

LED lights do not work. Multi function as shown in picture is not an option. One function at a time.Love the look of the product.Easy to install after encryption of the non English speaking writer of directions. Not for the inexperienced installer.Dislike- that the LED lights do not work. The temperature gauge works but no other lights work.Dislike- that the picture shows all functions spraying at once. This does not and cannot happen. Misleading photo.Dislike- The hand sprayer only has one more of spray.Purchased in July and now finally able to install in November after shower remodel. Big let down.This should be covered by seller.

This is a great unit, but there is a but.....Had it professionally installed as part of a bathroom remodel. Worked great, pressure great, but after about 6 months it started making a whining noise in the middle of using the shower. Sometimes the display would flicker and the whining would stop. More recently it simply makes the whining noise as soon as it's turned on. It's disruptive and I want to figure out how to fix this. I'd give it a 5 otherwise.

Beautiful fixture!. Excellent quality and water pressure is great. Easy to install and great value After installing fixture , everything worked except the lights. Amazon sent replacement immediately. I will review again after fixture is reinstalled.

Water keys are leaking from within causing damage to my downstairs ceilings.The product itself is made out of very flimsy and non durable materials. If you look at it too much the product might just brake.My kids don’t enjoy the features and complain all the time

Had this for a little over two years, works great. Was starting to rust and the lights failed to work awhile back, so I sent the seller an email. The product has a lifetime warranty so they sent me another one. Install is easy, you may have to remove the lower support bracket if it interferes with your water supply from the wall. It's 4 rivets you can easily drill out in 30 seconds. I hung mine using the top bracket and sealed it to the wall on each side with clear "gorilla glue" silicone. Also make sure you tighten the hand sprayer connection with wrenches, as hand tight isn't going to do it, and it will leak.Easy peasy. In two years if it rusts again (this is normal, what shower lasts forever??) I'm gonna request another, but until then, I will be enjoying my shower as intended. Great product for the money. Wish they made an even fancier one. Tempted to buy two and put one on each end wall for a totally immersive experience.Update. The tiny little knob that sticks out from the 3 main control knobs broke off one of my controls. They are plastic. I emailed the seller asking for it to be replaced OR show me where I can buy one, and they said it would be $15 to send one (it's smaller than a penny and weighs even less), then ghosted me when I told them that seemed excessive. If they provide the knob (or show me where to source one) I'll change the review back to 5 stars.Not the best customer service anymore
