It’s a strange bag
Better than nothing I guess… It does what it says but the Velcro straps used to keep the bag folded flat are arranged very strangely and inefficient. One strap wraps around in one direction and the other in the other direction for no reason. Why not keep things easy and simple and have both the straps secure on the same side? The side facing AWAY from the bike! The top of the bag also doesn’t close. It’s another issue with the Velcro straps. The solution to using Velcro keep the top of the bag closed when not in use seems painfully obvious. But it looks like I’ll need to sew some Velcro straps in place to keep the top of the bag closed myself because it doesn’t come like that. The bottom of the bag has a Velcro strap to keep the bottom closed and folded flat. But not the top?

The perfect accesory
I am thrilled with this bag. Slides on to my bike rack with ease and then secures to the bottom with a hook. I can fold it and secure it to nearly flat against the bike when not in use. I ride to work and can easily fit my work clothes, shoes, my lunch and my tablet in my bag with room to spare. It synches tight to keep everything covered. Then there us still the zipper pocket inside to hold keys, my bike tool, my phone and other small essentials. The bag stays tight on the frame with no shaking or wobbling. I have debated picking up a second for the other side, but really haven't had a load I couldnt fit in here yet. I also keep a shoukder strap in the zip pocket, so when I stop I can hook the strap on and carry it around hands free. Love it!

Great for the lower price
I would have loved a slightly bigger bag. To put the size of this in relation to most standard grocery bags, a grocery bag would be maybe an inch wider and probably an inch and half deeper. Not a big deal. The height is smaller as well, expected for a pannier bag, but the fold out cinchable liner works to give you an almost-full sized grocery pannier. The pictures are very accurate and it feels solid. There are reinforced pieces you can fold out to give the back a bit of shape when not packed full. Given the price of these compared to the alternatives I'm happy with them. Don't expect to put a full size stuffed backpack in one of them but it fits my daypack with a laptop, tablet, chargers and spare T-shirt fine.I found mine for $28/each ... but they were the last 2 in stock from the supplier. Hopefully they restock for people looking for a good bag at a lower price.

I have been quite pleased with this item
I have been quite pleased with this item. It attaches easily, holds plenty of stuff and is lightweight. The only potential drawback would be if the clips snap off. Then it would not be useful. But so far, I take it on and off of two different bicycles and it's been just fine.
