If you get a postcard promising a $15 amazon gift card in exchange for a review don't believe it. they are scammers. did you get a postcard?

No I got an email for $15 because it was my birthday.

Can I warm these up in microwave for my hair mask?

They probably won't get warm unless they are damp. Microwaves heat water molecules.

Do the turbans arrive as in the picture or do you have to turn the towel into a turban?

The turbans are exactly as shown in the picture. You just have to twist the towel and insert the towel in the elastic band on the towel.

Approximately how long does it take for your hair to dry ? Medium length hair

I also have medium thick hair and after an hour mine was still pretty wet. Dries faster uncovered but still like the product.
