These cartridges can be stored for years and still write the first time it's used, unlike manufacturer's products that will dry out after a couple of years and no amount of coaxing will convince them to perform the task they were created for. (I keep a supply on hand for my various pens because the rule is that one always runs out of ink at a critical moment, and it's too late to go shopping for a replacement and even Amazon 's delivery is not going to salvage that moment in time.)

Not bad, not perfect.
As expected, have bought them before for my space pen. The Russians were onto something though, a pencil is a lot cheaper. They don't last as long as a normal pen which means you go through them a lot.
