Aeromax Jr. Lab Coat, 3/4 Length

The description of this item states that the fiber content is 65% Dacron/ 35% cotton. However, it is 100% polyester. My intent is to decorate the item, to be used for a specific costume purpose, but 100% polyester fabric is not a good vehicle for fabric markers (my intended medium). This is a very inconvenient error.

This lab coat is really cute and my daughter loves it however it runs VERY big. She normally wears a size 3T and I got the 2-3 and it is HUGE on her. She is an average size 3 year old. I wish they had a smaller size and I would exchange it.

The photo DOES NOT depict the actual labcoat that I received. I was expecting a crisp cotton-like labcoat but received a cheap crepe polyester coat that looked like it was used and was put through the washing machine a hundred times.It should cost $10 not the $35+ that I paid. The most disappointing product I have ever received from Amazon. If you want a soft drapey polyester jacket, this is for you. Otherwise, not worth the return and time!

My daughter (who just turned 5) wants to be Doc McStuffins for Halloween. Since the show is so new, I had to piece together a costume. This lab coat is PERFECT. My daughter is tall and thin (we ordered the size 6-8 since she wears a 6), and the lab coat runs more toward the 8 sizing. Easily fixed by rolled up sleeves (which is actually perfect for the Doc costume) and pulling it taut at the base of her spine and secured with a small white hair gummy. I absolutely recommend it. The fabric isn't super heavy, but it's not what I would consider flimsy and cheap either. I'm thoroughly pleased and so is my daughter.

Couldn't ask for much more when it comes to a doctor/lab coat for kids. Better than average material, for a costume, and the sewing is surprisingly good. Yes, sizing is vague, but read some of the other reviews for guidance. For me, if your child is of average size, 3/4 = 3 to 4 years minimum age.

I am very pleased, it sems to run a little large, but that's ok, Ill roll up the sleeves and my granddaughter will have more years fun with it.

I just wanted to share with other parents that I would go by the larger size listed to pick the right size. So, for example, if you want something for your normal-sized four year old, the 4-6 is probably more like a 6 or larger. I ordered this size for my four-year old daughter and the 3/4 length size came down to the floor, pockets at her kneecaps. The quality seemed nice (returning for a different size, so we didn't actually wear it), but just be cautious of the large sizing.
