The benefits of magnesium supplements are many including sleep aid and normal muscle function. I, personally take it to help reduce cramping in my leg. The recommended dosing varies considerably. I am used to be taking about 450 mg elemental Mg daily. This brand suggests 300mg. Absorption of Mg from the citrate is quite good and is probably the best form but can cause indigestion/wind for some people. I have positive results from it with regard to my cramps. I need 3 of this brand per day to be really effective making the slightly more expensive than my usual brand (17p/day vs 15p). They are easy to take and are vegan friendly and Dairy and Gluten free. I can recommend this brand.

Not a bad price, or size. Easy to take, with no discernible taste. They are also gluten, GMO and dairy free, so should be available to most people. It will take time to notice any significant help or change, but I'm taking these to help with normal muscle function and to help me rest/sleep better. So far, so good.

I take these magnesium tablets for my leg cramps and restless legs. I was very surprised at how well they have been working. I take 1 tablet each evening about an hour before bed and have noticed a huge difference in my legs. I also get a better night's sleep now . They are a reasonable price. Recommended

I really like these capsules. I have terrible muscle cramps during the night so i had to do something about that. Since i started taking this i have less cramps and started to have much better and more quality sleep.

Sleep is always better with magnesium before I go to bed. This is no different to all the others I have taken. It works.
