[LG] White Tea & Bamboo Salt Toothpaste 5.7oz (Pack of 6)

Tjhis toothpaste has very nice smell, very easy to put on the toothbrush and is healthy for the teeth.

Not what I expected! This toothpaste has a minimal amount of bamboo salt in it, which is the only reason I purchased it for! When I traveled to China some time ago, I purchased a similar LG toothpaste with bamboo salt at a Walmart in Beijing. When I bought it I couldn't understand the description on the box other than it was toothpaste. However, as it turned out, that toothpaste was the best I've ever used and when I came back to the States I tried to find it again. I kept looking on the internet and when I saw it here on Amazon I thought I'd had struck gold. However, this toothpaste I bought was not the same as the Chinese one, for it lacks much of the bamboo salt, which is the main ingredient that does the trick to clean your teeth. The description does mention that it has both bamboo salt and white tea, although the white tea does absolutely nothing for my teeth. In addition, I had to buy a minimum of 7 tubes of this paste, so now I'm stuck with it for at least this year. Now, this toothpaste is not bad and it's actually much better than the crap I'm used to buy like Crest, etc., but it's not the same as the Chinese version.

I use this over other popular brands like "Coal-Gate" and "Krr-est". I get a sore mouth feeling when using the above mentioned brands. With this bamboo salt toothpaste I don't get that sore feeling. My gums feel much better and I don't have to deal with the discomfort each day.

I purchased a tube of this Korean bamboo salt toothpaste at my local Asian grocery (HMart) for $2.99 as it was on sale at the end of an aisle. My teeth are sensitive and my mouth is made dry by some medication I have to take. This toothpaste is not terribly minty so I use a splash of Listerine after I brush. The texture is good and the price of $2.99 was good. I like trying different health and beauty products.

I like the way the mint isn't overpowering. The toothpaste itself foams up more than average American toothpaste so you don't have to even use as large of a glob.

I used their Pine Salt toothpaste after discovering it at a Korean Spa in NYC, and loved the product. Living in NYC I went to Korea Town to find the same toothpaste, which I did, plus I also came across the Bamboo Salt version, which I also tried. I was very disappointed in both and could not wait to finish the tube to move on to another toothpaste.It had a very mild flavor, not like the strong Pine Salt flavor that I originally tried. Granted I am not too sure what bamboo salt tastes like, but the product was not especially salty, just a very mild flavor that washed away after rinsing. As with the Pine Salt version, I am not sure if the imported products contain the same amount of Pine/Bamboo salt as the native Korean products. Both tasted more then a bit watered down to me.
