I added three capsules a day in response to needing more fiber in my diet. These capsules along with some added liquids are an easy way of doing that. Adding these capsules does not involve any taste. I don't have any side effects, and they appear to work well with my existing diet. I take them once a day in the evening. They appear to work for me.

I cannot understand how like 1 additional gram of fiber makes pooping easier but it does? Easy to swallow and seem to do the trick!
