Love these speakers. I bought one a few years ago and it’s held up nicely so I bought a second since my husband kept taking the first one out to his shop and leaving it there. 😂

I love this speaker, so not heard about enough. For a good price you can buy this speaker and with amazing qualities. My friend has one as well and her dad ran over it in the sand with his truck by accident and it still works fine. I have taken mine in the pool and although it doesn't float, I tested it for its reaction to water and it still works as good as new. The bass is not super strong but good enough for me and very content and self relying. My favorite speaker for sure. I take it on shoots to make my models more comfortable and it is easy to take on the go, I would purchase again or give it as a gift.

I bought this for a trip I have coming up to FL because the other reviews raved about battery life and water resistance. My cousin has one and said it once floated all the way down the river from him while kayaking and never stopped playing music! I was very impressed with the sound quality already and the attachment hook to hang from a bicycle bar, shower rod, or pole on a boat is GREAT! I have not been able to personally test the water resistance yet, but will repost when I do!Update: does not float, but does withstand water!Bought march 31, 2021 and died June 4, 2022… not daily use but definitely a lot of use on beaches and by pools!

This is my 2nd life jacket altec speaker. I have a Life jacket XL and this one may be smaller but it sounds as great as my XL. Now my XL is over 3 years old, but now no longer will connect to any other Bluetooth besides my phone. So I purchased this one. It's great, water proof, being by a pool has fallen in and comes out like nothing. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed, the sound is amazing. Reliable, with the longest battery for a speaker I know running in the AZ heat by a pool for hours of swimming enjoyment.

These speakers are fantastic with incredible sound. If ANYTHING goes wrong with these speakers, contact Altec and they will try to make it right. I own 2 speakers and I link them together for awesome surround sound!

I bought this speaker for using outside while swimming. My phone says you need to have the app to connect to the speaker, I've downloaded the app and I cannt find this specific speaker on it. I haven't been able to connect it at all to my phone, but my husband is able to connect without the app and It works. I wrote an email to the company trying to see if there was something I was doing wrong and never heard back. I just want to be able to us this speaker. We have 2 of the H2O minis and love them. But this has caused me a lot of frustration and for the price it upsets me even more that it's not pairing with anyone's phone besides my husband's. I gave it a one simply for the fact I cannt connect to anything but 1 phone. The sound and everything else is amazing when it's working through my husbands phone.
