5 Stripes Paper Straws - Party DIY, Mason Jars, Baby Shower, Wedding 125 straws

I was so happy to receive these straws at a discounted rate in exchange for my unbiased and honest review. When I saw these Straws on Amazon, I thought they looked really cute. When I received them, I was so eager to open them up since i have a few events I'm throwing soon and couldn't wait to spice up the decor with having these in all the drinks. They are actually really nice. They are made of a soft paper which is much better than those plastic straws filling our landfills everyday. I had a few concerns: Will the paper hold up when using them? Will the colors wear off? Are the colors safe? Ok let me address each of my concerns separately.These straws stayed in tact and did not fall apart at all with any of the drinks i tried them with, and i tried them on a few different types of drinks. I was especially apprehensive about the color fading and/or wearing off as they get used. They were just as vibrant after soaking in the drinks for some time. As fore the safety in the colors, the use FDA approved food gradable ink so I am guessing they are safe to drink out of. They do not change the flavor of the drinks at all and obviously they are not bendable but frankly I rarely use bendable straws so this not an issue for me.They come in a huge variety of color combinations so there is something for everyone's taste. There are 125 straws included in the package with four different colored stripes.They are very festive looking and would be great for parties, showers or holidays.It is a very nice product and I would recommend these to friends and family.
