I have been taking these liquid minerals for several months now. My job is quite physical having to bend, lift, kneel and walk alot. It gets very warm and I perspire more than I ever have in previous work I've done. My legs would cramp at times, unexpectedly, so severly it was unbearable. I am not as diligent at taking the minerals as I should be, but since I have started using it, I do not have the cramping. The only change I have made is taking these mineral supplements. I'm very happy I found them and would definately recommend them!
