Recommended by my physical therapist, and it is saving my hip pain and making daily life in the third trimester much easier! Highly recommend using this!!! You can also just use parts of it, it’s not all connected, so if you just need some lower support one day, you can just use that strap. I love the versatility. It’s also light, and thin- you can tell you’re wearing a band if it’s under your shirt, but it’s not bulky or anything.

This product is absolutely wonderful! To say I was a skeptic about belly bands before I purchased one is an understatement, but the relief I experienced when I put this on made me a believer. I am pregnant with my second child and have been suffering from severe back pain since the second trimester. I have struggled to walk without pain since that time and when I finally decided to purchase a band, I knew I needed something that would give me good support without making me hot (I'm hot natured to begin with and when I saw other bands "added warmth" to the belly area, I knew those would not be good options for me). This band does it all! I am able to walk for extended periods of time with significantly less pain and my normal movements don't bother me like they did before. I ordered a large since my baby is measuring big at this point, and, although I probably could have gone a bit smaller, I'm glad for the extra room. It's lightweight and fits comfortably under or over clothes without being so bulky that it's a distraction either way. In fact, when worn under clothes, people can't tell I'm wearing one. I wish I would have purchased this earlier in my pregnancy!

I ordered this cause my daughter is so low. It relives so much pressure but is a little tight on my lower stomach when I sit down. I think it’s because I have an apron/b belly and it’s not round at the bottom. If you are a bigger girl I would definitely recommend this, I got an XXXL and it fits pretty good!

Was really hoping this would help. Maybe I bought the wrong size and that what causes all my issues but I don’t think that’s the case. Bought at the end of my first trimester, because baby #2 was much lower than my first. The first band that you’re supposed to start with (in the first trimester) was practically destroyed after a couple weeks due to removing it frequently to sit down. The second and third bands provide good support later in pregnancy but the base band doesn’t support them much since it’s so stretched out/broken up. I thought it would be a great buy for the money…but kind of wished I had bought one that would have lasted better.

This worked out so well for me! I love that the bands are separate, so you can use them in all stages of pregnancy. I wish I bought this sooner!

Overall good quality didnt really help as I am small even at 6 or 7 months.

I ordered this band to help out at work with supporting my back. It's been a life saver! I wear it for 3-4 hours at a time. It's not comfortable to sit in, but is not intended for that purpose. The material seems to be of high quality and the fit is exactly as expected. I was between sizes and decided to size up to accommodate my belly here at the end of pregnancy. It provides the perfect amount of support for my growing belly!

I gave it 4 stars because the quality is a bit weak, but overall it’s very comfortable and supportive while working a 10hr shift! I would suggest placing the band over a tank top because the Velcro can be irritating while moving! This product def reduces back pain and discomfort and lifts the belly so I was pain free and it’s adjustable! I am 18 weeks and I was able to create a snug fit with room to spare for the later months ahead!

I ordered this one from this company as my original one from a different company stopped sticking… the minute this arrived I knew it was made out of decent material it sticks really well and gives so much support.. I will definitely be telling my friends that need support with SPD

Good product helped my wife with pelvic pain - easy to use
