Mueller Ultra Pop, Hot Air Popcorn Popper, Electric Pop Corn Maker, Healthy and Quick Snack, No Oil Needed with Measuring/Butter Cup

This is a very compact hot air popcorn popper, that only measures about 10 inches tall. This is great for ease of storage, but it can only pop a small amount of popcorn at a time. To use, you measure out your kernels in the measuring cup that's about 1/3 of a cup and flip it into the top of the machine. Then you can put your butter in the same cup and let it melt while the popcorn is popping. To turn on the machine, you simply press the only switch on the device and it heats up in seconds, making the popcorn in less than two minutes. Unfortunately it only makes a very small batch and has had an odd smell while heating up.Pros: Great for kids, my two year old loves it! Makes popcorn quickly (2 mins), easy to wipe clean, easy to store (small footprint), can melt butter while making popcornCons: Makes very little popcorn, not all kernels popped, but I didn't have the issue like others. Only about 5 out of 50 kernels go unpopped for me, odd smell while heating up

Decent product, but be prepared for a lot of unpopped kernels spitting out as the unit heats up. Maybe rev it up to preheat, but instructions say not to turn it on when empty. Having said that - if this were my biggest problem in life, I'd be a happy camper...UPDATE: Don't buy this product unless you're OK with wasting half the popcorn you buy (because the kernels don't pop), and having the kernels that do pop flying all over the place. I found one on top of the fridge and yes, the top was firmly in place. After a few uses, the number of un-popped kernels keeps increasing, tho I've tried three different top brands. It's still not the biggest problem in life, but avoid this product if you can.

This popcorn maker is the perfect size for storage. It holds the right amount of kernels. The butter dish to melt the butter on the top is very convenient. It is light weight and easy to move around. The top of it moves a little to easy and can fall off of it pops to quickly. The popcorn maker pops the kernels really quickly so you don't have to wait too long to enjoy your fresh popcorn. It's easy to transport with you if you want to take it on vacation or to a party.

The first time I used the machine, I thought it did really well, but every effort after that came with popcorn all over the counter (and floor) because of the force of the popper air, and literally half of the kernels unpopped. In addition, the kernels were soft and unappetizing because of that (and I bought new kernels, thinking maybe the others were old. Didn't change anything0. Overall, a 2 or 3 star reward for this product is extremely generous. I would not purchase again.

Item worked as expected, thought it would be a better quality.

It doesn't take up much counter space and you don't need any butter/oil. You'll be able to have a healthy snack without the guilt. Make sure to have a large bowl at the end of the chute because the popcorn flies out quickly. If you have five minutes, you can have fresh popcorn! Clean up is a breeze.

Easy to use, makes fresh popcorn in the same amount of time as the microwave. Heats quickly and gets 98% of the kernels pops (less wasted popcorn). I would improve the top shield by making it thicker just because it does get hot. That’s the only reason I didn’t rate this 5 stars

Great machine for the price and not too big. It does need to be preheated a bit for the popcorn to turn out, but so did my older popcorn maker. Love that it has and on/off switch instead of plugging and unplugging it.
