I've been taking these for a few months for hair, joints etc and feel they are beneficial. Don't expect instant results, takes time to work. Hair growth increased. They are good value for money, I usually get them when on offer. There's no taste, easy enough to swallow, and no side effects for me. A;so like the packaging - no big plastic bottle.

Enormous capsules.
I have no idea about the effectiveness of these capsules having just stared to take them but they are enormous! If you find it difficult to swallow tablets these are not for you.

Lo que sí puedo decir por ahora es que las cápsulas son muy fáciles de tragar, no tienen olor raro y la toma diaria no se hace pesada. La presentación es limpia, el producto parece de buena calidad y, de momento, la experiencia es cómoda. Cuando lleve más tiempo usándolo, podré valorar si realmente se nota en piel, uñas o articulaciones… pero en usabilidad, un sí.
