Edit: customer service is amazing! They sent me out a new one since the one I received the entire tip would fall apart and would have to piece it back together with the bearings etc because those fell out to. Got the new one in and was able to test it and not only has it stayed together like it should but the light also works and on the first one it didn't. Must've gotten a very bad one. The new screw driver actually has more power than the last one and while I can't screw everything in the jewelry boxes I refinish I am able to do 90% in so that's a plus. This screw driver is really good as long as you don't need a whole lot of torque. Design, weight and performance all rank a 4. Minus one for the needed torque. Giving 5 stars because customer service really is great with this company!

It's an "ok budget" electric screwdriver kit. I would give it more stars, but there's some issues. It worked well on my glasses and finger tight screws for a PC build...I will admit, I haven't tried it on anything else as of yet.!!!!BUT BEWARE!!!!Check the charge port on the end of the screwdriver. My first one was completely shoved inside and had to get a replacement. The replacement is not aligned with the USB-C port cutout, but it does connect and charge. So, I didnt go for another replacement. If you are not careful with inserting your USB-C charger it will break a lot sooner than you want. I gave it a three due to the shotty manufacturing.

My hobby is robotics and everything that I assemble is fastened with socket head and button head screws. Lots of them. Who would have thought that something this foolish would become a favorite helper. It is fast, quiet and strong enough. I have the early stages of arthritis in my left hand and this tool is a big help keeping down the repetitive motion of assembly and disassembly. It charges fast by USB-C.

I wish it could be more powerful, kinda wanted to use this as an “around the house” screwdriver so I don’t have to grab my Dewalt for everything.I completely understand I’m wanting to use it for more than it is intended.

Good for small jobs, not much torque but what can you expect from a mini screw driver.

It is not strong to open screw s and bits are not most useful ones

Great screw driver, I work on Desktops and Laptops daily and this makes my work much easier. I bought a second one just to have on hand as a gift :)
