It's great, just watch out for that white plug in thing.
Works great, east installation, connected just fine, although had problems with the white plug in thing. Wouldn't connect, but finally got it. Seems to be super durable. Easy to use, keeps my house secure.

A Great Smart Lock For The Price
This lock meets many of our needs to secure the comings and goings of a busy family. Quick and easy install, connect to the app and set up is a breeze. Each child and family member has fingerprint access and you can set up codes to allow access or deny access to who ever you want. It has a sensor that will allow you to remotely see if your lock is locked or not. Remote access you can open or lock at will. The Pin Genie keeps prying eyes from getting your code. It even keeps a log as to who opened it and when. Do your research before getting a Smart Lock and you'll probably land on this one. We recommend this lock and the Lockly brand.

Amazing lock
Easy to install. Uses fingerprint or numeric code for keyless entry. But it does have a key just in case. Very sturdy. This is actually my second time buying. The first time I bought this lock through Lockly directly. This time I bought through Amazon and got a nice discount. It looks sleek in all black. It functions well.

So In Love!
So love this thing. What did we do before we got one of these. That's right, fumbled with keys while carrying groceries. Put this on with the fingerprint facing the door frame so well hidden. Love being able to give a one-time code and see the traffic/announcements on both the app and Alexa.

Worst biometric fingerprint scanner ever and horrible customer support, They do not answer and they do not return phone calls, worse purchase ever, hundreds of dollars wasted 😔, try some other brand

Don't Buy If Home Faces The Sun
I do not recommend this if your home faces the sun. It was completely destroyed simply by our home facing the sun for 30-50% of the day. It worked great until... it didn't. Also, our plug in bluetooth add on we bought from this same manufacture doesn't work either. It's supposed to pair with this and allow for remote entry. We went through the trouble shooting steps for 3 hours but no luck, and we are tech people. We watched youtube videos, call customer support, etc., and no luck. Don't buy that either.
