how do you use? can you put in a wax warmer?

I have never used a wax warmer before, I use my Menthol Crystals with Essence of Peppermint & Eucalyptus Oil it is very effective in helping with my allergies, I need to get some more very soon

Can I directly rub the crystal on my forehead when I am tired or have a headache? Or would the dose be too concentrated?

The crystals are really brittle and a bit sharp so I would not recommend to apply directly. What I am doing is dissolve it in alcohol and then rub it in the area that you need.

can I put this in cp soap and what %.

No, I speak from experience here. It will feel so hot and freezing at the same time. Package told me not to use on skin, but I didn’t read it. My bad

Can I put 2 crystals in my humidifier?

I have not done it, but I am sure you can do it. Sometimes I throw some crystals in hot water to refresh the environment and it works, so I am almost sure a humidifier will work.
