Great with chicken.

This is amazing put the rub in oil them toss the chicken into a freezer bag add the marinade and leave overnight and turn it over then cook the next day in the oven the chicken is so delicious

Buona veramente. Piccante il giusto senza essere invadente. Leggermente asprigna...si sposa bene con le carni bianche più che con quelle rosse. Sarebbe l'apoteosi del gusto su carne fatta in affumicatore. Un consiglio tecnico: mettetela verso la fine della cottura su BBQ altrimenti si brucia e perde parecchio come sapore. Non è presente sale (che ho trovato in altre) e quindi è un pregio...così ognuno si sala la carne come meglio gli aggrada. Consigliatissima
