This is such a cute little Islamic book: it teaches what to do when angry and in a dispute, in a really age appropriate and child-friendly way. It's part character-development, part magazine: colourful pictures, a tick-the-box activity, some written prompts, and some stories. I recieved an advanced e-book to review and I wish I had gotten a printed version so that my daughter could read it at will and write in it!It starts with a general description of the Prophet Muhammad's good character - peace be upon him - as a warmup, then moves on to teaching the Sunnah (Prophetic example) actions when angry. The second half gives a few mini stories with different scenarios where kids get angry with each other. I especially liked these - they are so relatable to children and gently show the consequences of reacting in anger. They teach them to reflect on the benefit of calming down, being patient, and forgiving.The book/magazine is a quick read, great to read aloud and discuss with those 4-6, while 7-8 year olds will in shaa Allah enjoy reading and re-read it themselves. If you have a class, it would be nice to get a copy for each child and pair with other activities.One thing to note is that it's not really a book about social skills as much as what to do when you are angry at your friends. Still, I didn't take down a star because it's a positive book.

I thought this book was educational and easy to read, it was given as a donation to children affected by domestic abuse so I did not see how it was received.

This book is very informative and not only helps children but adults too with constant reminder of what to do and say when angry. The strategies is a theme that runs throughout the book. The Islamic perspective also add some flavour to the book. Not too overwhelming and quite succinct.The pictures,layout and fonts and size used in the book is good

Lovely book, a few spelling mistakes but generally useful content.

This is a lovely book about anger management and conflict resolution in kids. It has good worksheets and exercises to reinforce the message.

This is a fab book that incorporates Islam into daily life.
