I just received this item today and assembled it. It came together and set up easily. I don't find this overly annoying sound wise either, but maybe if you really get it going it can be. Currently I use all the sections as a plus sized woman of about a 2x and roughly 49" waist. If everything goes well I'll update at a later time.

I was hesitant to buy this, but on first use it’s quite fun when you get the hang of it. I was able to modify my positioning to feel muscle use in different areas, and I didn’t get winded or sweaty doing it. The time went fast! Quality of product is good, I’m size 16 and starting off with 21 pegs out of the 24, so curvy-body-friendly.

I was afraid it would be too little but it was actually too big but I was able to adjust it by removing a notch and now it fits perfectly! Can't wait to get started.

I was really looking forward to trying this out this smart hoop, but not being able to buy extra links makes it useless to larger waisted people. I reached out to the seller and all they could say was just buy another hoop and use those links, because they don't sell individual links. I was going to do that but they were sold out, SO BACK IT WENT!

Okay so I'm doing it as I'm writing this review. Am I doing it right.... idk. Been 15 minutes and I'm not out of breathe or tired. Don't feel a burn. I will update y'all. TikTok made me buy this 😂 oh I also had to use a knife to pop off the connectors. Guess my fingers aren't strong enough

Love this weighted hula hoop!! It’s fun. It’s easy. It’s a great warmup. However...The mechanism sticks in the track sometimes. The tabs to “open” up the hoop to take it off and on are pretty useless and wore out quickly. Adjustable weight would be nice, I personally would prefer it to be a little heavier and know others that wish the opposite. Buying additional extenders without needing to buy a whole other set should also be an option. Because of these things, only 4 stars.

I was really skeptical about ordering this weighted hula hoop however I thought what do I have to lose aside from a few pounds. I could never get the hang of traditional hula hooping so I was nervous I would have a hard time with this but its so easy to learn. Its a tad challenging to add or remove pieces but you want them to fit tight otherwise they would be popping off while in use. Once you get the belt on I just grab the weighted ball and give it a toss to whatever side I want to start with and I roll my hips to keep it in motion. I really haven't been as consistent as I would like. I need to get into a routine and stick with it however I always forget or I'm just to lazy. When I do get the chance to use this belt I set a timer and do it for 15 minutes going each direction. At first it doesn't seem to do much however toward the end of the work out I can feel it. Its easy to use and will hopefully help me tone up my old body.
