double sided tape was of terrible quality. Replace it with 3M. The ring has gotten loose after two weeks meaning the location I have it mounted (below the center of gravity, so my I can hold the phone better) causes it it spin upside down when I have it on the dash hook.

This thing is really a handy little addition to a phone, it sticks incredibly well, much better than I thought it would, and I have a phone that has a slightly textured back panel and the ring turns 360°. This ring holder is so convenient. I am not sure how I got along without it. I haven't used the little holders because you have to stick them onto a surface and that isn't feasible for me at this time. But the ring is awesome, I feel like I have more control over my phone and can hold it more securely now when my hands are full. I have received many questions, asking me where I got this by other gals seeing this on my phone. It's just so cool.

The ring can't work as a phone stand now. It wont stay in place and it's only been 5 months.

This is handy!! I have an LG G5, and the phone case that i like does not have a secure way to hold on tot he phone on the backside, and the case is slippery and smooth and it is kinda scary to keep it in my hand while at work-I have a feeling it could fall. Anyways, we got this to attach to the back of the G5 case and boy oh boy, is it stiff. Its hard to pull the ring away from the case when you want to use the ring, and its almost impossible to turn or adjust with just one hand. I do like that its harder to move-it doesn't just move around in my pocket or in my hand, and because its hard to move, its easy to use it as a stand to put the phone on its side so i can watch a movie if i wanted. My wife has super long thin fingers, and its WAY too big for her, but my hands, while i have long hands like her, are wider, and I can barely get my middle finger into it-I can go to just before the second knuckle, at which point its just uncomfortable to use. Again, its a sturdy device that sticks very well to other things other than an iPhone (like my case). Its hard to move around and then a little too small for big manly man hands. Its a nice grip ring!
