for head lamps, how do you cut to fit and prevent scratching the paint?

The best way I have found to do it is to make a template. Depending on the vehicle make it may be easy to do with tape or you may need paper. I usually make a template and then trace it onto the  film and then cut it out.  Too many curves in the light makes tape the better option and I use making tape like painters tape. Not very many curves and a paper traced template might work the best. When I have done lights I only do the face of the light. Making a template takes a while especially if it's your first time but there is zero chance of cutting, scoring or scratching the light in the process. For me it works the best and yes the first time it took a while for me to cut a template. I went through a few pieces of paper. The tape way uses a lot of tape but can be the easiest versus trying to get paper to lay flat enough to get a template traced and cut. I'm in a body shop so I have plenty of tape on hand at all times and has  never taken even a quarter of a roll. I use the tape by laying it over the face of the light and then taking it all off in one piece and then that becomes my template.  Yes it takes a lot of pieces to do curves but by far for me is the easiest way to do it in a lot of cases especially with how curvy the lights can get. Hope this was helpful to you.

How much do i need for a bumper? 09 chevy malibu? As well does this leave bubbles?

depends upon the size of the bumper. It is 12" wide and I would make a pattern to ensure coverage. Yes there will be bubbles, but they are suppose to diffuse. In my 1 month experience, the bubbles are small and hard to see.

how many rolls are enough to cover the full car (Kia Forte 2018)?

Bought 1 roll of 12 by 72 and had enough to cover the bottom portion of the 4 doors in Nissan Altima

After an installation , can it be removed and how after a period of time ?

Not easy. Expensive to have removed if you can find someone to remove it. Several shops said they would not touch it.   Left at one shop to pick up following day. 5 days later it was ready.   Did a good job but do not know if they would do it again. We tried hot gun, BUT would have taken us a month at the earliest.  Ours was factory installed as as an option when new.
