The stick on Garmin style bike phone holder is a surprisingly practical accessory that offers an easy way to attach a phone case to any Garmin compatible mount. After testing this adhesive backed adapter with a standard phone case I found it ideal for indoor training platforms such as Zwift where you want a secure and convenient way to position your phone on the bike. While I have not tested it outdoors on the road the overall build suggests it is likely strong enough for general riding provided the surface is clean and the adhesive is applied correctly. The biggest advantage of this mount is the simplicity. It attaches directly to the back of a phone case using the included 3M adhesive pad. The adhesive backing feels strong and dependable and it sticks firmly without requiring any complicated setup. Once attached the mount locks into a Garmin quarter turn holder in the same way a bike computer would. This makes it instantly compatible with a wide range of existing mounts including stem mounts handlebar mounts and front facing aero mounts. For indoor training this flexibility works perfectly. When using Zwift it is helpful to keep the phone close at hand for companion app controls ride messages and workout adjustments. Having the phone mounted securely on the bars instead of resting on a table or balance surface greatly improves convenience. Throughout several sessions the mount stayed firmly in place without any wobble or looseness and the phone remained steady even during harder efforts. The quality of the mount is better than expected for a small adhesive backed accessory. The plastic feels sturdy and the locking tabs engage with a reassuring click. Removing the phone is also easy and does not require excessive twisting or force. The design is thin and light enough that it does not add noticeable bulk to the phone case. Although I have not used it for road riding the strength of the adhesive and the firmness of the connection suggest it would hold up reasonably well. As long as the adhesive is applied to a flat clean case it appears capable of supporting the phone over everyday bumps and vibrations. However long term durability outdoors would depend on weather conditions and how smooth the case surface is. Overall this stick on Garmin style phone mount is an excellent low cost and highly practical solution for Zwift and indoor cycling. It attaches easily feels secure and integrates perfectly with existing Garmin mounts. It is a surprisingly useful little accessory and one I will continue using for every indoor session.

Bought as part of my indoor cycle trainer setup, twisted off the Garmin Edge 830 and twisted this mount in it's place. Added a few other Amazon sourced parts to hold my iPhone so that I can listen to podcasts and shuffle through tracks as needed. This mount is really high quailty, locks into place really firmly. I road-cycle without my phone, but with this mount securely affixed to a phone case you could probably cycle with your phone in place, though I'd recommend some screws between the case and the mount to allow for vibration. The mount comes with an adhesive pad affixed which is more than strong enough for my application. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Pretty good but you do have to be careful. Go over a road bump too fast and the 2 tabs on the phone mount can break off and your phone goes flying!

This is a brilliant little hack if you want to mount your phone to your bike's Garmin computer mount. You just stick this adapter onto the back of a hard plastic phone case (do not use a silicone case or it won't stick properly). The 3M adhesive is incredibly strong. I have ridden over really rough gravel trails and the phone hasn't budged at all. Much cheaper than buying a dedicated cycling phone case system.

Absolutely useless. The slightest tug and my phone came off. Not worth 5p, never mind £5!

Does the job perfectly, once stuck in place it’s got a strong hold and there’s no removing it so make sure you get it perfectly placed in the centre first time. It needs to be stuck to a smooth clean surface to ensure the strongest hold, it won’t stick to silicone or rubber surfaces. It’s a great price too, well worth the money.

The adhesive pad wasn't great but that could be down to myself. Dab of super glue and it hasn't moved. Use it for my bike and has never came off since
