Do these have a mesh liner?

Yes, it does have mesh liner inside. but to me, very uncomfortable. So I cut it away since I've already my boxer. Don't need the mesh liner.

Where is the size chart? You would think they would post a chart?

There is a size chart and it’s true to size. If I recall the chart showed: 32-34=M, 36-38=L, 40-42=XL,

What does the "Plus" mean?

It means that if you are up to 330lbs it will fit well. Also im 52 waist. :)

Nice colour and can't beat the price

Started with Navy 4xl as I go between 4xl & 3xl - I returned the 4xl, as it was way too big - I got a Navy 3xl - it was still slightly bigger than normal but good enough for around the house & with friends. Bought 2 x 2xl - Black & Grey - brilliant! This size is better for me in these shorts - so recommending them definitely & try a size or 2 down from your normal - Cheers!
